What is BookSpring’s COVID-19 Response?
BookSpring offices are closed to the general public, but we continue providing essential resources to families in Central Texas. Staff is available by phone, email, or appointment, and we are still accepting book donations.
Where is BookSpring located?
We are located at 2006 Greenbrook Parkway, Austin, TX 78723.
Do you accept donated books?
Yes, we accept children’s books for children ages 0-12, in English, Spanish, and other languages, including board books, picture books, chapter books, and young adult books. The books should be clean, in good condition, free of stickers, and less than 10 years old. You may drop off anytime, 24/7, on the covered porch of our office at 2006 Greenbrook Parkway, Austin, TX 78723.
Who does BookSpring serve?
BookSpring offers a continuum of literacy programs designed to reach children from birth through age 12 by building an active and supportive community of readers. We are focusing our efforts on specific Zip Codes that have been identified as being high poverty in numbers or percentage of children by the American Community Survey.

Do you accept monetary donations?
Checks should be payable to BookSpring and mailed to 2006 Greenbrook Parkway, Austin, TX 78723.
What percentage of a donation goes directly to program costs?
