A book with such an enthralling story that your way of viewing the world is completely changed. BookSpring is determined to provide these resources and opportunities to every child in Central Texas, to develop a lifelong love of reading, A feat that can only be achieved through our spectacular community partners!
Community partners and volunteers are crucial to our day to day operations. Earlier this month we hosted a Volunteer and Partner Appreciation event, at The ABGB, to celebrate all the amazing work accomplished thanks to you!
The impact that our programs have on the communities served is only possible thanks to our strong supporters — from pediatricians committed to integrating literacy best practices into a well-child visits, to librarians constantly seeking out additional resources to engage and provide for their students. Not to mention those volunteers who served 7,000 hours of community service with us last year! Employees from corporate groups, like AMD, 3M, Keller Williams, and General Motors, are always seeking new ways to remain truly involved in our community.
BookSpring has longstanding, and unwavering support from all who cross paths with our organization! All the volunteer support received is crucial to meeting the needs of the communities served.
While the need we serve is not crisis driven, it is just as vitally important to the overall betterment of our society as the crisis needs. We are in the business of providing children and families with essential resources needed to succeed. Literacy is at the core of lifelong learning. It can be the foundation for a child’s whole future.
Every minute spent labeling a book, hosting a book drive, or delivering books to health clinic waiting area can make a tremendous impact in a child’s life!
