BookSpring and the Junior League of Austin (JLA) teamed up for another successful Coats for Kids’ community fair book distribution on Saturday, December 10 at the Palmer Events Center.
Junior League members collected over 10,000 books over the course of the year. 8,000 books were distributed in Austin, and the rest were given at the Del Valle area distribution.
Apple employees volunteered with BookSpring to help families build their home libraries. They ensured that families walked away with as many books on any genre or topic of interest.
BookSpring offered families a variety of holiday classics to choose from thanks to ReBook donations received all year.
The ReBook program collects gently used books that are distributed to pediatric clinics, schools, and other organizations that serve children and families in need.
